My Story
I was a kid with a big heart who couldn't sit in his truth. So I dimmed it.
That choice turned into self-destruction.
By 19, I was heavily addicted. By 21, I was in prison.
That was the turning point.
Coming up on 14 years drug and alcohol free, I can say that moment saved me.
In the prison yard I found boxing. Out of prison I found a coach, a mentor, a brother — and within four years I turned professional and won an Australian title.
But winning doesn't heal pain.
After losing my mother to cancer and my best mate to a fatal death, life caught up with me. I was still running. Still projecting my pain. Still avoiding what was underneath.
Breath became my gateway.
It cracked me open. It brought forgiveness. It brought me back to myself. Now I teach the exact work that rebuilt me — so you don't have to carry it alone.

Most transformation fails because people try to install high-performance behaviour into a dysregulated system. They set goals without understanding their baseline. They push harder when they need to recalibrate.

Breath found me at a time when I was being pulled in every direction. No boundaries. A system overwhelmed by its own internal struggles.
I knew something had to change.
I dove in with openness — willingness to finally go within, to see, feel, and work through what was keeping me stuck, angry and destructive.
